How will my order be shipped?

All orders from City Hatters are shipped with Australia Post, with a tracking number provided for any order placed.

 All approximate delivery times are subject to Australia Post shipping times and vary depending on your location. Please visit their website for the most accurate and up to date estimated delivery times.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim for same day dispatch with orders placed by 12pm AEST Weekdays, lodged with Australia Post. 

Orders placed between 12pm Friday and 5pm Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (Public Holidays excepted) for both Express & Standard shipping options. 

Please allow 24 hours for processing of orders During weekdays.

Please note that during busy periods (i.e. major promotions, sale periods and Christmas) handling times may increase as we try to fulfill all orders. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our online team and we will do everything we can to assist. 

Standard Delivery

*Free standard delivery within Australia for all orders over $200.

$9.95 | Delivery within 5-10 Business Days from time of dispatch.*

Delivery will be made via Australia Post Parcel Post on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post**. 

*City Hatters cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

Express Delivery

If you would like your order as fast as possible, express shipping is the best option.

$19.95 | Delivery within 1-3 Business Days from time of dispatch.*

Delivery will be made via Australia Post Express Post on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post**.

**City Hatters cannot accept responsibilty for items considered lost in transit, undelivered or missing by Australia Post. Please ask us to add  postage insurance ("Transit Cover") before your package is sent if you wish to be covered.

Can I click & collect?

Yes we do.

Hats can be collected during  regular trading hours from our store at 211 Flinders St. Melbourne 3000.

Right next to Flinders Street Station.

Please allow 24 hours for processing of Click & Collect Orders.

Confirmation that order has been prepared will be sent.

Delivery will be made via Australia Post International Standard (AIR) on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note all international orders may incur customs/duties fees. City Hatters is not responsible for paying these fees.
