Hat Fit & Meausuring
A hat should sit approximately 1½cm above the ear and not feel restrictive- this is particularly the case with hats that have a leather inner band as the leather tends to shrink slightly over time.
Measure your head by taking a tape measure around the head above the center of the forehead and on the upslope of the bump at the back and above the tops of the ears sides.
Once you've found your spot, measure to the nearest one-eighth inch, or one-fourth centimeter. Write this measurement down.
Due to the varying Crown shapes and depths over certain styles, a strip of hat padding can be supplied upon request to ensure a correct fit. |
