Surface dust can be removed with a slightly dampened cloth wiped in a circular motion over the hat.

Foam rubber or a moistened sponge are good for the removal of stubborn stains from Felt hats. Being slightly sticky rubber sponges will coax surface soiling away from the felt.

Seek professional assistance for heavy sweat stains and any other stains that you are unable to remove with slight moisture.

Regular brushing will extend the life of your hats. Should a straw hat get wet it is best to turn the brim up the whole way around to dry

With proper handling and care, a quality hat will reward with years if wear.
